The Netball Club Rules:

Games are 4 mins long, with 10 minute quarters. There is a short turnaround between each quarter.
Please make sure your nails are trimmed prior to arriving, the umpire will check these before the game starts. Any player who refuses to file/cut their nails will not be allowed to play in the game.
No jewellery allowed at all, unless there is a valid reason for it to be worn. Please speak to the umpire prior to the game starting. Hard to take out piercings can be taped, but please make sure they are securely taped and with your own tape. The umpires can not supply the tape.
Hair should be tied up and we strongly advise you to wear appropriate netball clothing, especially netball trainers.
The umpires decision is final. There will be no questioning of umpire calls allowed on court at any time. If you feel like you need an explanation on something that’s happened during the game, please wait till the half time break, and speak to the umpire, who will be happy to explain.
Please ensure ringers are arranged prior to the game starting, and be fair in bringing in ringers. I.e. not for tactical gain, only due to needing the players. *Teams must have a minimum number of 3 original members or the match is forfeited and 10 goals will be awarded to the opposing team to 0 which equals 5 points added to their total score on the standings table.

If your team requires a ringer for your match, please post for a ringer on our Facebook Group or send an email to admin@thenetballclub.co.uk stating what position is required and we will endeavour to find you someone. Ringers should be sourced from members of The Netball Club.
